Academic Continuance is designed to assist students who are facing academic difficulty. At the end of each semester (fall, spring and summer), the Office of Continuance reviews the records of all the students who do not maintain a 2.0 grade point average (GPA).
Students are responsible for maintaining academic standards while studying at Old Dominion University.
A student may apply for readmission the semester following the completion of suspension period.
Undergraduate students have the opportunity to improve their grade point average by repeating a previously taken course.
