School of Public Service:Chair's Welcome
Welcome to the School of Public Service (SPS) at Old Dominion University.
The SPS offers a Master of Public Administration (MPA), a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy (PAAP), and an undergraduate minor in Public Service. The MPA program is accredited by the Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration (NASPAA), the national certifying organization for public administration programs.
