All Campus COVID Message for the Spring Break 2022

Dear Monarchs,
As you prepare for the upcoming Spring Break, I hope you all have a chance to rest, relax and recharge to finish the semester successfully. During Spring Break, please continue to monitor your health. Here are some helpful tips and information regarding COVID-19 testing protocols and travel reminders.
COVID-19 Testing & VaccinationsThe Jim Jarrett Annex Testing Facility is open for free testing, vaccinations and boosters on the following dates and times for the remainder of the week:
- Tuesday, March 1
- Testing: 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Closed for Vaccinations/Boosters
- Wednesday, March 2
- Testing: 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Closed for Vaccinations/Boosters
- Thursday, March 3
- Testing: 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Vaccinations/Boosters: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. (J&J, Moderna & Pfizer)
- Testing: 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Friday, March 4: Closed for testing and vaccines
Walk-in appointments will be honored based on availability.
The Jim Jarrett Annex will be closed from Friday, March 4, through Sunday, March 13, so please plan accordingly. Students, faculty, and staff interested in getting tested for COVID-19 or a vaccination dose should schedule an appointment on campus before they leave by visiting the Monarch Wellness Portal. Do not test for COVID-19 if you had a positive result within the past 90-days.
If you are exposed or test positive during Spring Break, please report it by visiting the Monarch Wellness Portal and click on the Forms menu tab at the top and complete the COVID-19 Daily Check-In.
Domestic & International Travelers for Winter BreakIf you are planning to travel within the United States during Spring Break, please consult the CDC Travel Guidelines in preparation for your trip. Please review the updated CDC International Travel Guidelines prior to departure. Consult the CDC Quick Reference Flow Chart prior to returning to the U.S. for additional guidance.
