- Advisor Development Program: Module 1: Feb. 11@ 12 noon Module 2: March 18 @ 12 noon The advisor development program is intended for faculty and staff members who work with students in the co-curricular setting. This program includes two modules. The first module focuses on the responsibilities and risks involved in the advising process. We explore developing case laws around working with students, and steps to develop and maintain a healthy advising relationship. During the second modules we share typical and not so typical scenarios and best practices in working with todays� college students. This session give hands on experience and opportunity to learn from other seasoned advisors
