Gov. Glenn Youngkin ordered that the flags of the United States and Virginia will be flown at half-staff on all state and local buildings and grounds in the commonwealth in memory and respect of former Virginia Sen. Jane Haycock Woods.
The flags shall remain lowered until sunset on Aug. 5.
