ODU Presents 44th Annual Madrigal Banquets – Music and Food of France

Tickets are on sale for the Old Dominion University music department's 44th annual Madrigal Banquets. This year's holiday festival will feature music from the Renaissance by composers who were born or worked in France, as well as with other festive carols from England and France to announce the yule season.

This year's banquets are scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Dec. 7 and 8 in the atrium of the Diehn Fine and Performing Arts Center on 49th Street. A full‐course French meal will be served by candlelight in the decorated atrium. Vegan options are available. Wine is available by the glass or carafe at an additional cost.

Tickets are $40 for individuals, $35 each for groups of six or more, $35 for faculty and non‐ODU students, and $20 for students with valid University ID. Tickets can be purchased at ODUArtsTix.com, (757) 683‐5305 or at the University Theatre box office, 4600 Hampton Boulevard, Norfolk, from 2-6 p.m. Tuesday-Friday. Free parking is available in the 49th Street garage at Bluestone Avenue. For additional information, contact the music department at (757) 683‐4061.
