Students On-Campus
We can provide your department with a print-ready pdf within four business days. Please fill out the form associated with the desired template and send any photos you would like used within the design to publications@odu.edu. All photos need to be a minimum of 5 x 7 with a 300 dpi.
**Because this is an expedited request, the client will be responsible for proofing. Please make sure the information provided is the final edited version.**
The University has entered into contract with three vendors for printing services. Quotes must be obtained from each of these vendors for all print jobs. Print jobs not produced by the office of University Publications must be submitted to the office of University Publications prior to obtaining quotes.
