Jay Paredes Scribner, PhD is Professor of Educational Leadership at Old Dominion University. During his career at Old Dominion University and prior at the University of Missouri-Columbia, he has served as a professor, department chair, and policy center director. His research focuses on the professional learning, and leadership at the nexus organizational learning, improvement, social justice. He has received research awards from the National Staff Development Council, UCEA, the National Academy of Education/Spencer, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Education.
