Teacher Licensure & Professional Development Courses

Old Dominion University's School of Continuing Education has partnered with Virtual Education Software, inc. to offer continuing education courses for educators online. These interactive courses provide expert instruction at a pace that allows you to balance your professional development requirements with the rest of your busy life. Click Here For Details.

PLEASE NOTE: School districts are required to make sure that their teachers are taking continuing education courses that fit with their areas of certification and teaching assignment. If a district allows a teacher to take the course, the Virginia Department of Education would support what the district approved. The School of Continuing Education will process certificate request but we are no longer issuing transcripts for VESI.
