FY24 Year End Important Dates

As we approach fiscal year-end, we’d like to remind everyone of the upcoming Year-End deadlines.

Below are the key dates for FY24 submissions in eVA.

This Friday, May 10: Last day to submit FY24 requisitions for goods/services less than $10,000. No FY24 requisitions should be submitted after this Friday.
Sunday, June 2: Last day to request prepayments to be paid from FY24 to AP (PO, Invoice and eReceiver must be received in Accounts Payable)
Thursday, June 13: Last day to submit Liquidation Requests
Friday, June 14: Last day to submit eReceivers for goods/services to be charged to FY24. PCard transactions for transactions posted May 15 – June 14 must be signed off.

Important year-end departmental actions:

For goods/services not yet received, departments are recommended to contact the vendor to ensure items will be delivered and received by the University and the invoice submitted no later than June 14.
Reminder regarding Aramark transactions - Transactions should be applied to departmental PCards with two exceptions:
- Events over $5,000 require a Purchase Order before the event
- Alcohol charges cannot be applied to a PCard. For events with alcohol, departments must submit a complete PA01 form to invoice@odu.edu (Include complete PA01 form, Aramark invoice, and business meal form) for alcohol charges.
