Ukraine: War and Resistance - Photo and VR exhibit on display in Perry Library

Photo Exhibition: March 22-28

Virtual Reality Exhibition: March 25-26

Location: Perry Library, 1st Floor Gallery

Statement by exhibit creators Jem Baldisimo and Ivanka Svitliar:

Step into a world of understanding with our powerful photo exhibition focusing on the Russian-Ukrainian war, created by Fulbright alumni. From March 22d to March 28th, join us at the Perry Library for an eye-opening journey through the first month of the invasion.

Immerse yourself in captivating photographs that tell the story like never before. But that's not all – our exhibition goes beyond pictures. With our VR experience, step into the shoes of those living in deoccupied Ukrainian territories. Feel the impact of war and witness its consequences firsthand.

This exhibition isn't just about looking – it's about feeling. Experience the emotions, the struggles, and the resilience of the Ukrainian people. It's one thing to know about a war but another to understand its effects truly. By seeing, you'll gain compassion and empathy.

Join us and help shine a light on the reality of war. Let's make a difference by learning, understanding, and standing in solidarity with those affected.
