Dr. Vicki Williams Appointed Dean of Students and Associate VP of Engagement

Dr. Vicki Williams has been selected to serve as the next Dean of Students and Associate Vice President of Engagement.

Dr. Williams has been serving in an interim capacity in the role for the past 15 months and brings her in-depth experience of Monarch Nation to the position. Prior to this role, Dr. Williams served as the Associate Dean of Students at Old Dominion University, promoting student retention and success through outreach programs such as our 50-in-5 campaign. Her leadership and dedication to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student support, will elevate our commitment to providing engaging programs, experiences, and opportunities for our students.

Dr. Williams holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and a Master of Education in Community Counseling from Kent State University.
