- The annual Spring Conference on the Teaching of Writing brings together secondary and two-year and four-year post-secondary teachers from the Hampton Roads area and beyond. This year, we will host a one-day virtual conference on April 16 from 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with the theme "Surviving Thriving is the New Normal." The idea is to reflect on what we've learned and experienced over the past year and consider together how to make our classes more effective, innovative, equitable, accessible, and manageable as we move forward. The conference will be free for all and participants are encouraged to drop in and out throughout the day. You must register in order to get access, please click the RSVP button below to register.
