Across Campus - A Photo Essay
The Little Feet Meet is a unique partnership between Special Olympics Virginia, the U.S. Department of Education, Norfolk Public Schools and Old Dominion University. The event marks the culmination of eight weeks of Olympic-style sports training undertaken by elementary school students ranging from preschool to fifth grade.
