Commencement is a time to celebrate the payoff from the many years of effort and sacrifice that go into earning a University degree. Graduates show off their pride of accomplishment in many ways, including a growing tradition of decorating mortarboards with artistic expressions. Pictured here, is an example from ODU's recent commencement exercises.
