CVC Pledge Forms Due Dec. 13 to Qualify for Payroll Deduction

Faculty and staff pledges to the Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign (CVC) should be turned in to area coordinators by Friday, Dec. 13, in order for gifts to be processed for payroll deduction.

The annual campaign is at 83 percent of the $115,000 campus-wide goal. Members of the Old Dominion community can support local United Way agencies as well as a host of other area, state, national and international charitable organizations. "Virginia is for Givers" is the theme for the campaign.

"There is no greater way to contribute to your community than through CVC. When you donate to the campaign, you have the opportunity to make a difference for a cause you believe in," said Karen Meier, assistant vice president for community engagement, who heads the ODU campaign.
