Strategic Plan Group to Share Progress, Solicit Feedback at Dec. 6 Forum
Provost Carol Simpson and SEES Vice President Ellen Neufeldt, co-chairs of the Steering Committee for Old Dominion's 2014-19 Strategic Plan, will hold an initial open forum to present progress on the plan from 3-4:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, in Room 1002 of Constant Hall.
"Strategic planning is critically important to ensure that the university fulfills its mission and is well positioned for a vibrant future," Simpson said.
The forum will begin with initial findings from the topic committees, after which the floor will be open for feedback from members of the campus community and discussion of important directions that the university should take.
The four topic committees are:
- Academic and Research Strengths
- Enrollment Management
- Entrepreneurship and Economic Development
- Community Engagement, Locally and Globally.
