Welcome to Prof. Hao’s Micro-Devices & Micromechanics Laboratory (MDML). Our Lab focuses on developing Micro-devices for various applications, such as inertial sensing and bio/chemical sensing; and analytical and experimental study of micromechanics critical for the performance of Micro-devices.
