GRADING SYSTEM

Grades will be rounded to the nearest percentage (i.e., 92.5% would become 93%, or an “A,” while 92.4% would be a 92%, or an “A-.”) Running and final grade totals will be made available during class when unit exams are returned and at any time during the semester during the instructor’s posted office hours.

• A = 93 –100%
• A- = 90 - 92
• B+ = 88 - 89
• B = 83 - 87
• B- = 80 - 82
• C+ = 78 - 79
• C = 73 - 77
• C- = 70 - 72
• D+ = 68 - 69
• D = 63 - 67
• D- = 60 - 62
• F = <60%
