Individual video conference with instructor using Adobe Connect to discuss research topic choice for this class' assignments. Email instructor to arrange video-conference.

Topic approval: After video-conference, prepare & submit a one-page single-spaced paperby e-mail containing the following: (1) proposed topic of research, (2)a brief paragraphon the significance of this topic, and (3) a very brief review of the literature. Email this to instructor by Friday, January 22.
