  4. List and explain ten (10) factors important in questionnaire construction.
  5. Explain the advantages and limitations of: (a) open form items and (b) closed form items.
  6. Explain the nature and purpose of the cover letter.
  7. Explain the nature and purpose of the follow-up letter.
  8. List and explain the advantages and limitations of the interview.
  9. Describe the following methods of attitude measurement:
    1. Likert scale,
    2. Thurstone scale, and
    3. semantic differential.
