Dr. Hassan B. Ndahi, DTE is an associate professor in the Department of Occupational and Technical Studies at Old Dominion University. Dr. Ndahi joined Old Dominion University in 1998 after graduating from Oklahoma State University with a doctor of education degree in vocational and technical education.

Dr. Ndahi began his teaching career in 1982 in Nigeria, where he taught vocational and technical education courses in secondary schools, and precision machining, metalworking technology, and engineering craft practice in technical colleges between 1982 and 1992. During the years 1994 and 1998, he worked as a research associate at the Independent and Correspondence Study office at Oklahoma State University. Currently, at Old Dominion University, Dr. Ndahi teaches courses in industrial technology and technology education.

Dr. Ndahi's research interest include industrial design, production technology, vocational education, and distance learning. Dr. Ndahi has worked on numerous research projects as PI and Co-PI. These projects earned over $3.5M in external funding. Dr. Ndahi has written articles in journals of interest to technology educators including The Technology Teacher, Journal of Technology Education, Journal of Industrial Teacher Education, and The Journal of Technology Studies. Dr. Ndahi is a recipient of the Council on Technology Teacher Education Research Incentive Award, in 2002. He is an active member of ITEA, CTTE, ASEE,  NAITTE, VTEA, and also co-advisor for TECA in the Department of Occupational and Technical Studies, Old Dominion University.
