Associate Professor at Old Dominion University in the Department of Engineering Management & Systems Engineering (EMSE). I am currently the Graduate Program Director at the department of EMSE. Prior to joining the faculty at Old Dominion, I was a R&D Director at Productivity Apex, Inc., Orlando, Florida. Prior to that, I was a Visiting Assistant professor at the University of Central Florida where I managed projects funded by NASA for two years. While pursuing my Ph.D., I worked at Lucent Technologies semiconductor fabs for three years. I have a M.S. and B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida and the University of Jordan in 1996 and 1992 respectively. My research interests include Operations Research, Scheduling, Simulation Modeling and Analysis, Applied Optimization, and Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
