Allison Chappell is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice at Old Dominion University. She is also Co-Director of the Institute for Community Justice. She earned a Ph.D. in Sociology (with a concentration in Criminology and Deviance) from the University of Florida in 2005.
