The Lambda Eta Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated was chartered on Sunday, March 17, 1974 on the campus of Old Dominion University. Delores Taylor served as the Dean of Pledges for the charter line, while members of Norfolk Alumnae Chapter served as Big Sisters.
