- There�s a lot of information available on what makes a great leader. We know a lot about the importance of communication, personal charisma, confidence, and just the basic ability to inspire. What isn�t discussed as often is what makes a great leader fall. A person can possess all of the above mentioned qualities and more and still not reach their full potential. Why? Most people at the pinnacle of their success fall because of personal character. Often there is some emotional issue or problematic behavior that emerges that was always there but never addressed. When it does it has the power to undermine even the best leader�s legacy. The purpose of this workshop is highlight how unresolved emotional issues can become barriers to success. Through discussion and personal reflection activities participants will determine what some of their internal barriers might be and create action steps for how to address them.
