- Hello Fellow Monarchs!!! We are gearing up for another year of fighting cancer with the American Cancer Society and would love for you to join Colleges Against Cancer and Relay For Life at Old Dominion University for the 2012-2013 school year! Relay For Life is a life-changing event that helps communities across the globe celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease. We are currently recruiting to fill open positions. All members of the Executive Team will work together to increase the involvement of students in Colleges Against Cancer and Relay For Life events by creating and providing programs, resources, and materials. We will bring together passionate people, inspire others to raise money, and share new ideas in the hope to find a cure. Together we will make a difference! Applications are available in the Center for Service and Civic Engagement office inside the U-Center. Completed applications are due by Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 5 p.m. or email completed application to odu.cac@gmail.com with your name in the subject line.
