University Village - Summer Sublets

Students Meet-up

Current residents of the University Village can now sublet the space to other ODU students for all or just a portion of the summer period. Subletting a University Village apartment does not release the resident from their Terms and Conditions of the Housing and Dining Agreement and still leaves them ultimately responsible if there are any damages or supplemental charges.

Students trying to sublet an apartment in the University Village must be degree seeking students that are eligible for on-campus housing as defined by the Terms and Conditions of the Housing and Dining Agreement.

It is the responsibility of the resident to seek out potential subletter; however, the subletter will be responsible to pay the University housing fees.

For more information please review the University Village Subletting Guidelines and Application.
