Extensions are limited at any break period and sometimes not available due to major events already scheduled to occur within the residence halls. To request an extension, stop by the front desk of your residential community. Requests will be handled on a case by case basis depending on your unique circumstances. At the end of spring semester closing, extensions are available until 12:00p.m. the day after the designated closing date for the following buildings: Whitehurst, Rogers, Gresham, Scotland, England, France Ireland, and Virginia.
