Announcements

News

The University Village is an apartment community that is home to approximately 956 residents and is comprised of 1, 2, or 4 bedroom apartments. Conveniently located near campus and the restaurants on Monarch Way, the University Village is the perfect balance of an on-campus lifestyle in an apartment environment.

All bedrooms are private with locking doors, and residents can also take advantage private or group study areas. The apartments feature individual housing agreements per resident, so you're only responsible for your own room payment. All apartments are fully furnished with single full-sized beds, desks, chests of drawers, a dining table with chairs, a couch, accent chair, coffee table, trashcans, refrigerator, and microwave.
