Built in 1989, The ODU Inn is a three-story structure housing approximately 116 undergraduate students in double rooms on co-ed floors. It is located on Hampton Boulevard, close to the Batten Arts and Letters building, Gornto Teletechnet Center, the University Village, and the Ted Constant Convocation Center. Residents have access to study lounges, a laundry room, community kitchen and programming rooms. Each room is fully carpeted, with two twin beds, two desks, two chairs, and a private bath.
Residents living in The ODU Inn are required to be on a meal plan. Please visit Dining Services' website for an explanation of all meal plans

Students living in this residence hall have an Academic-Year Agreement Period from August 24, 2012 through May 11, 2013. The ODU Inn closes over break periods, including: Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks. Students will need to make alternate housing arrangements during this time. The ODU Inn is traditionally occupied by upperclassmen students; however, due to occupancy needs, freshmen students may be assigned by H&RL to this residence hall.
Agreement Periods for 2013-1014 are August 23, 2013 through May 10, 2014 and will close for Thanksgiving, winter and spring breaks.
