Scotland House is home to approximately 289 residents and is located in the center of campus near the Webb University Center. Standing on Runte Quad, along with 5 other residence halls, Scotland House offers double rooms with a shared bath. Rooms are provided with a desk, desk chair, bed, mattress, dresser, and floors which are made of an eco-friendly floor tile. Student rooms are same-sex by room, but there is co-ed living on every floor. In addition, Scotland House has laundry and vending rooms, two study lounges, a TV lounge and kitchen combination, and a large community room located on first floor. Scotland House is conveniently located near Cafe 1201 and the P.O.D. in Dominion House.
Residents living in the Scotland House are required to be on a meal plan. Please visit Dining Service's website for an explanation of all meal plans.

Students living in this residence hall have an Academic-Year Agreement Period from August 23, 2012 through May 11, 2013. Scotland House closes over break periods, including: Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks. Students will need to make alternate housing arrangements during this time. Scotland is traditionally occupied by freshmen students; however, due to occupancy needs, upperclassmen students may be assigned by H&RL to this residence hall.
