France House is home to approximately 160 residents and offers double rooms with a shared bath. Rooms are furnished with a desk, desk chair, bed, mattress, dresser, and floors made of an eco-friendly floor tile. In addition, France House provides laundry/vending rooms, two study lounges, a TV lounge and kitchen combination, and a large community room located on first floor. It is conveniently located near the Webb Center and the Student Recreation Center.
Residents living in the France House are required to be on a meal plan. Please visit Dining Services' website for an explanation of all meal plans.

Students living in this residence hall have an Academic-Year Agreement Period from August 23, 2012 through May 11, 2013. France House closes over break periods, including: Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks. Students will need to make alternate housing arrangements during this time. France House is traditionally occupied by upperclassmen students; however, due to occupancy needs, freshmen students may be assigned by H&RL to this residence hall.
Agreement Periods for 2013-1014 are August 23, 2013 through May 10, 2014 and will close for Thanksgiving, winter and spring breaks.
