Dominion House offers suite-style living for approximately 288 residents. Dominion House is located in the Roseanne Runte Quad near the Webb University Center and our state-of-the-art recreational center. Dominion House is unique in that each suite contains a common living room, 2 to 3 bathrooms per suite, and a most students living in a suite reside in a single bedroom as there are a limited amount of double rooms. The majority of the suites are accommodate 4 individual residents but there are a handful of 3 and fiver person suites as well. The building provides residents with laundry/vending facilities, quiet study lounges, and social lounges.
Residents living in Dominion House are required to be on a meal plan. Please visit Dining Services' website for an explanation of all meal plans.

Rates & Housing Period 2013-2014
Students living in this residence hall have an Academic-Year Agreement Period from August 24, 2013 through May 10, 2014. Dominion House closes over break periods, including: Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks. Students will need to make alternate housing arrangements during this time. Dominion House is traditionally occupied by upperclassmen students; however, due to occupancy needs, freshmen students may be assigned by H&RL to this residence hall.
