Activity

You will be provided with one 8 ft. bare table and two chairs. No electricity or Internet access is available.

The Office of Intercultural Relations will assign an activity and provide supplies.
Your organization will be assigned a time window to pick up supplies and t-shirts from OIR. Please claim supplies promptly. No supplies or t-shirts will be brought to the Festival by OIR.

Please select an activity your group would be willing to participate in at the festival. Organizations MUST have at least two staff at your table for the entire festival. Feel free to rotate members throughout the festival.

Volunteer Information

Each volunteer must register under their own name.
"Face of International Festival" volunteers will be strategically placed within the Ted Constant Center to welcome and/or provide answers that guests may have.
Set-up is from 8am - 12pm (Breakfast will be provided).
Break-down is from 4pm - 6pm.

Craft Requests
Please contact the office if there is a particular country/craft your organization wishes to do. Please note not all requests will be honored.

T-Shirts

Your t-shirt order is final. PLEASE ensure it is correct. Extra t-shirts will be provided on a first-come basis, with no guarantees. There is a maxium of 25 t-shirts per organization.

The submission of this form does not guarantee your participation in the International Festival.
