Activity

You will be provided with one 8 ft. bare table and two chairs. No electricity or Internet access is available.

The Office of Intercultural Relations will assign an activity and provide supplies.Your organization will be assigned a time frame to pick up supplies and t-shirts from OIR. Please claim supplies promptly.

Please select an activity your group would be willing to participate in at the festival. Organizations MUST have at least two staff at your table for the entire festival.

T-Shirts

Your t-shirt order is final. PLEASE ensure it is correct. Extra t-shirts will be provided on a first-come basis, with no guarantees. There is a maxium of 25 t-shirts per organization.

The submission of this form does not guarantee your participation in the International Festival.
