Undergraduate Conference in German Studies

Congratulations to our German students who are presenting their research papers at theUndergraduate Conference in German Studies held on March 24, 2012 at Lafayette College, Easton, Pennsylvania. Alena Jones will be presenting in German, "Befreiung von der Familiengeschichte" and Sabine Smithers also presenting in German, "Der Orient: Traumhaftes Märchen und beängstigende Realität."

Zachary Fitzpatrick will be representing Old Dominion University with his poster "Der blaue Reiter: Vorgänger der modernen Kunst." Dr. Heidi Schlipphacke has been their mentor and advisor and will be accompanying them to the conference. Thank you Alena, Sabine and Zachary and best wishes
