Virginia Beach City Public Schools Office of Technical & Career Education in partnership with the Old Dominion University Strome Entrepreneurial Center, the Advanced Technology Center and the Kempsville Entrepreneurship and Business Academy offered the summer program for middle and high school students to provide hands-on activities and access to real-world entrepreneurs.
