Thanks for your interest in the Old Dominion University Mail Center. Our Mail Center staff stands ready to assist you, so please feel free to contact us or stop by our office located in the Facilities Management Building room 113 across from the ODU tennis courts.

The mission of the Mail Center to is provide quality mail/distribution services to the University campus and higher education centers in the region in support of teaching, research, student activities and community programs.

The Mail Center is equipped with 4 vehicles and 2 mailing machines to service the University community. Most of the University's mail is Standard Mail (Bulk Mail), and the remainder a combination of all other classes of mail. We receive approximately 3 million pieces of mail annually from the USPS. In addition to postal mail, we also distribute approximately 2 million pieces of campus mail every year, and service 147 departments/offices on-campus and 13 sites off-campus from Virginia Beach to Newport News.
