Faculty Proposal Preparation Program (FP3)

The goal of the program is to help faculty submit high-quality, competitive proposals to external funding agencies by financially assisting the colleges to release a faculty member from one course of their teaching commitment during the semester.

Multidisciplinary Seed Funding Program (MSF)

The goal of MSF is to support and promote growth of projects that are multidisciplinary, involve areas relevant to institutional research priority, and build teams with serious prospects to attract additional research dollars to ODU.

Summer Experience Enhancing Collaborative Research (SEECR)

The goal of the SEECR (pronounced "seeker") program is to inspire greater numbers of collaborations among faculty and to assist pairs of faculty in obtaining pilot data as background for submission of proposals to federal funding agencies.

Summer Research Fellowship Program (SRFP)

The purpose of the Summer Research Fellowship Program (SRFP) is to provide seed money for research and future scholarly effort primarily for non-tenured tenure track faculty.
