Migration Process

The University Web Team has completed a substantial portion of the content to be migrated to the web content management system (WCMS). When it is time for your office to be migrated, you will be contacted with a temporary username and password to access the WCMS and view your migrated content. You have the option to meet with a member of the University Web Team to work through updating information and completing missing content or conduct the process via email.

Once substantial completion of your office's content is complete, it will be activated in the new environment. It will exist concurrently with your legacy website (website prior to migration) while any remaining issues are resolved for up to two weeks. Once you are satisfie with your office's migration, the budget unit director must complete the migration approval form.

Migration Schedule

The University Web Team is working in waves of offices. After one wave is substantially completed, the next one begins. Timelines for waves after Wave 7 will be established in late summer.
