- New students may check in at the ELC during regular business hours (8am - 5pm) in Dragas Hall Room 1108. Students may begin checking in upon arrival in the U.S., but the last day to check in will be Monday, January 6th. Please note that ODU will be closed for the holidays December 24, 2013 - January 1, 2014. The office will reopen on January 2, 2014. Email elc@odu.edu or call 757-683-4424 for more information
