to Request a New Password if Your Old Password is Lost
Step 1.
Go to the ODU homepage: http://www.odu.edu/. And click
on Current Students
Step 2.
Under Campus Life section, click on Email Account Log
In
Step 3.
Click on Lost or Forgotten Email Password.
Step 4.
Click on OK to proceed.
Step 5.
Click on Forgot your password.
Step 6.
Please read the instructions on the screen, and fill your
ID in the blank, and then click on Continue. Then follow
step-by-step instructions to finish.
