In
China Dwight Allen, Eminent Professor of Educational Reform, has served as chief technical adviser and consultant to many China's educational programs sponsored by the United Nations or the World Bank since 1991, helping to retrain thousands of teachers and administrators in urban and rural China. On his 37 visits to China, Professor Allen showed his concerns and offered suggestions for program improvement and developement of technoloy education in elementary and high schools. The focus of his efforts has been to help modernizing Chinese education.
