Teachers who already
are licensed in the secondary area improve their classroom teaching strategies
and competencies while earning a master's degree in education. Courses
cover advanced instructional strategies and techniques, advanced content
work, and emphasize action research so significant findings in the learning-teaching
process can be applied in the classroom. The program is designed for experienced
teachers who want to develop their skills as professional educators or
for individuals who want to increase their knowledge and skills in the
