file naming conventions, as set forth in the styleguide.

| Information Architecture |
Use consistent labeling and navigation
throughout the Web site (i.e. a link to 'graduation' should
not change to 'commencement' as a user navigates through pages
of a site). Use consistent labeling and navigation throughout
the Web site that is consistent with the parent organizational
unit. Provide nescessary links to related information in other
departments. |

The Web site must be (at a minimum) compliant
with the HTML 4.01 Specification from the W3C. Other languages
may also be used, including XHTML. |

The visual design of the Web site needs
to be consistent with University Marketing endeavors.
