- Sheila Baker received her undergraduate degree from Ohio University, and her M.L.I.S. from Florida State University where she was awarded a fellowship in the Project LEAD program. She possesses a certificate in leadership and is certified by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards.
She is currently under fellowship as a doctoral candidate at The Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida where she served as a Research Assistant with the Partnerships Advancing Library Media (PALM) Center under the direction of Dr. Nancy Everhart. She is expected to defend her dissertation in the spring of 2014.
