  • Received his BS degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech, his MSE Degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Princeton University, and his Ph.D. degree from the University of Virginia in 1990 in electrical engineering. His research interests include virtual reality, artificial neural networks, fuzzy logic, computer assisted medical diagnosis, and fault-tolerant computing. Dr. Belfore joined Old Dominion University as an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering in August, 1997.
