  • Dr. Elizabeth Locke earned a B.S. in Physical Therapy from The Medical College of Virginia, a M.S. in Community Health Education and a Ph.D. in Health Services Research from Old Dominion University. She is the current Chair of the Virginia Department of Health Commissioner's Advisory Council on Health Disparities and Health Equity. Dr. Locke serves on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Rural Health Association and Riverside School of Health Careers Physical Therapist Assistant Advisory Board. She is past chair of the American Physical Therapy Association's Committee on Cultural Competence
