Fundamental and Applied Bioelectrics Workshop

- An international scientific bioelectrics workshop will be held July 14-18, 2014, at the Frank Reidy Research Center for Bioelectrics in Norfolk, Va. The workshop is open to all researchers (students, post-docs, and investigators) interested in this research field. Topics include pulse power physics, modeling, tissues and cells in electric fields, cell sensitization, electropermeabilization, drug and gene delivery, development of devices and electrodes, cancer treatment, wound healing, cold plasma physics, applications and hands-on laboratory work. Invited speakers include Richard Heller, Karl Schoenbach, Damijan Miklavcic, Michael Kong, Rafael Davalos, Andrei Pakhomov, Marie-Pierre Rols, Tom Vernier, Mark Jaroszeski, Wolfgang Frey, Stephen Beebe, Maja Cemazar and Gregor Sersa.
